Today we had a choral speaking competition held at Smk La Salle Pj, We meet at school basketball court at 7.15am to do a last min rehersal.We left for the competition at around 7.35am.When we reached there,we came down the bus i went to the dewan ...to register.Then we waited for awhile sat down .Then it was time to draw lots.....so Hui jan went to draw lots.....after she took a number,we saw her facial expression ,she looked sad.....she came up to us and said "were coming out to present number 2nd".Everyone was shocked.Then everyone went out to do one more practice.Then finally it came to our turn.Everyone was feeling nervous.we went out to and did the best we could...our time was 7 mins 15 seconds wasnt soo good though as the rules say poem must exceed 8mins if not point will be minus-ed.As we watched the other schools present,not many schools exceeded 8 mins also ....only 3 schools managed to exceed 8 mins . So we wait and wait for the results.Finally the results came out and we got number 5th . The schools who exceeded 8 mins got 1st,2nd and 3rd soo we were kinda upset .So we went back to school and i played a lil basketball then went home.Was a great day even though we didnt win we were proud of our selfs.=)Good Job guys.We only had 1 week to prepare though..End of the day to me we are winners!!!
